About Veelo
Veelo is an EV Leasing company serving delivery partners of various delivery
applications like Zomato, Zepto, Rapido etc.
We serve delivery partners by providing EV's, battery swapping & in-house repair
services.
Veelo is currently available in 2 cities in India: Durg Bhilai and Hyderabad.

Who can get Veelo Bikes & How - Onboarding
To be eligible for a Veelo vehicle you must meet the following:
1. 18 years of age or older
2. Valid Driver’s Licence for High Speed Vehicle
3. Aadhaar Card
4. PAN Card

It means receiving a qualification message from Veelo and after visiting your
nearest Veelo center,
getting an EV Bike, two batteries, and a charger post KYC on the Veelo app.
The onboarding process takes approximately 30 minutes. This depends on the
availability of vehicles.
No, there’s no credit check required to be eligible for a Veelo vehicle.
Yes, you have to deposit a Down payment of ₹3000 for a High Speed Vehicle and ₹2000
for a Low Speed Vehicle. This amount is refundable and is credited back to the
source after returning the EV Bike, both batteries, and charger.
Yes, you must be an existing delivery partner to be eligible for a Veelo EV vehicle.
Vehicles, Service & Battery Swapping
Currently, Veelo provides Shema Electric vehicles on lease.
Our vehicles have a Double Battery system which gives a real
world range of 140 Kms, which can go to 200 Kms+ with Battery Swapping.
You can always reach out on the contact number of Veelo's
service team in your city. We also provide Road-side Assistance (RSA) services in
extreme cases. In case of no response from the service team, you can reach out to
the central team on +919301964574 using Whatsapp chat.
Yes, Veelo has it own network of battery swapping stations,
which are visible under the Battery Points tab on the Veelo app.
No, currently we do not sell our EV Bikes.
Yes. If you have leased the Veelo's EV for 36 months period,
you can approach Veelo to get the ownership of the vehicle free of cost.
Yes, we do provide a charger to charge the batteries at
home. It takes 90-120 minutes to charge a single battery.
Payments to Veelo
Go to the Plans section on your Veelo app, and subscribe or
renew your plans on a daily or weekly basis.
If your plan has expired today you need to subscribe to a
plan of your choice before 11 PM to avoid any issues with the services.
In case you did not subscribe to a plan on time, your
account activates a default plan which levies penalty for not recharging /
subscribing on time. This reduces your Veelo cash and may make Veelo cash negative.
Our service team makes a thorough inspection of the
vehicles, batteries and charges returned by you. Damages, if any, are deducted from
your SD and the balance is credited to you.
SD is credited to your original source of payment within 7
to 10 business days from the date of requesting the SD.
Insurance & Maintenance
Yes, all our vehicles are covered by a comprehensive
insurance policy.
Yes, we do provide AMC services on a monthly payment basis.
In case you have taken AMC from Veelo, you have pay no
charges towards repair of the vehicle. If you have not applied for AMC, then you are
liable to pay for all repair costs incurred towards the vehicle, batteries and the
charger.
We schedule a regular maintenance for our vehicles every 60
days, where you have bring them to our Veelo centers where a thorough check is done.
Veelo only allows you to transfer your vehicle to a
different city if there is an existing Veelo center in that city.
